I can't not use the touchscreen of my Smarther with Netatmo connected thermostat, what should I do?

If you can't use the touchscreen of your thermostat, please check the following cases :

if the Boost mode is activated, then the touchscreen will be disabled until the Boost mode ends.
in any other cases, the touchscreen might have been disabled, you can enable it again in the Home + Control App : go to settings, select "Manage my home", select the room in which the thermostat is installed, select the thermostat and select "Advanced", then you will be able to enable or disable the 'Touch' function.
