From the Home + Security App you can receive a call from the external push-button panel, activate the door associated with the push-button panel, activate the camera from the external push-button panel and call home. (audio connection between Classe 100Xand smartphone).If you have programmed touch keys to manage additional activations or additional cameras, the same functions will also be managed by the App.
The upgrade is downloaded automatically and installed as long as the system is connected to the internet (you can see events of update on your timeline in the App).

If pressing the touch button to open the lock the respective LED flashes repeatedly without controlling the lock, the "safe lock" mode is active on your Classe 100X so the keys are active only if an audio / video connection is in progress between videophone and video external panel.To deactivate the "safe lock" mode: remove Classe 100X from the wall bracket remove the green power supply terminal move the microswitch "function safe lock" on the back of the video door entry unit to the right position re-insert the green power supply terminal reposition the video door phone on the wall bracket
yes, if it's 2 wire Door Entry System. Old analogue or 8 wires digital systems must be converted in 2 wire Door Entry System with specific interface. For more information refer to the technical guide
